Ces propositions comprenaient la nomination des administrateurs et des auditeurs de m\u00eame que le renouvellement du r\u00e9gime d\u2019options d\u2019achat d\u2019actions de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les actionnaires ont \u00e9lu MM. Luc Cloutier, Fran\u00e7ois Auclair, Guy Le Bel et Dominique Doucet ainsi que Mme Colinda Parent comme membres du conseil d\u2019administration avec des taux d\u2019approbation variant entre 97,6 % et 98,4%. Les actionnaires d\u00e9tenant un total de plus de 30 % du capital-actions de Sirios ont vot\u00e9 sur les propositions pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, lors de la r\u00e9union du conseil d\u2019administration tenue apr\u00e8s l\u2019assembl\u00e9e des actionnaires, M. Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Sahyouni a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9lu aux postes de chef des finances et secr\u00e9taire de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 tandis que M. Dominique Doucet et M. Luc Cloutier ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9lus pr\u00e9sident et chef de la direction et pr\u00e9sident du conseil respectivement. Mme Colinda Parent et MM. Fran\u00e7ois Auclair et Guy Le Bel, ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9s comme membres du comit\u00e9 d\u2019audit et du comit\u00e9 de gouvernance, d\u2019environnement et de sant\u00e9\/s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Octroi d\u2019options<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Le conseil d\u2019administration a \u00e9galement octroy\u00e9 lors de la m\u00eame r\u00e9union un total de 3 325\u00a0000 options d\u2019achat d\u2019actions aupr\u00e8s d\u2019employ\u00e9s, consultants, administrateurs et dirigeants en vertu de son r\u00e9gime incitatif d\u2019octroi d\u2019options, \u00e0 un prix de lev\u00e9e de 0,07 $ par action.
