Le Placement priv\u00e9 d\u2019Unit\u00e9s consiste \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mission d\u2019un maximum de 40&nbsp;000&nbsp;000 unit\u00e9s de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (les&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;<strong>Unit\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb) au prix de 0,05$ par Unit\u00e9. Le Placement priv\u00e9 accr\u00e9ditif consiste \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mission d\u2019un maximum de 42&nbsp;857&nbsp;143 Actions ordinaires \u00e9mises \u00e0 titre d\u2019\u00ab&nbsp;<em>actions accr\u00e9ditives<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb au sens du paragraphe 66(15) de la <em>Loi de l&rsquo;imp\u00f4t sur le revenu <\/em>(Canada) et de l&rsquo;article 359.1 de la <em>Loi sur les imp\u00f4ts <\/em>(Qu\u00e9bec), au prix de 0,07&nbsp;$ par Action accr\u00e9ditive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Placement priv\u00e9 d\u2019Unit\u00e9 et le Placement accr\u00e9ditif demeurent assujettis \u00e0 l\u2019approbation finale de la Bourse de croissance TSX (la \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>TSXV<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb).
