Dominique Doucet, P.Eng.
Dominique Doucet is a veteran in Québec’s mineral exploration industry with over 40 years of experience. Dominique established Sirios Resources with the goal of contributing to Québec’s economic growth by discovering new mineral deposits through systematic, scientifically-driven exploration. Under his leadership, Sirios has discovered numerous precious metal occurrences in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Québec, including the Cheechoo and Aquilon gold deposits.

Colinda Parent, ICD.D, CFA, MBA
Colinda Parent is an investment banking specialist focused on the mining sector with extensive experience valuing and selling mining royalties, and raising capital for junior mining companies through flow-through shares, common shares and strategic partnerships with other mining companies. Transactions include advising Newmont Mining on the sale of 54 royalties to Maverix Metals, advising Maverix Metals on a purchase of royalties from Goldfields Exploration, advising B2Gold on the sale of a Lynn Lake royalty and advising Elliott Management on the creation of a royalty company. In 2018, Ms. Parent raised in excess of $20M for junior mining companies. In 2019, she formed Mine Equities Ltd., an EMD focused on raising money for the junior mining sector. Mine Equities has participated in over 75 junior mining financings since its inception, raising over $120M.

Robert Ménard, B.Eng.
Robert Ménard began his career in 1972 with the Iron Ore Company of Canada (IOCC) and transitioned in 1974 to a major industrial contractor, where he served as Vice President until 1993. In 1994, he joined Cambior as Vice President of Projects and Construction, a role he held for over 12 years. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing all of Cambior’s development projects, from engineering studies to site construction and start-up. In 2006, he was appointed Vice President of Engineering and Construction for a nickel project in the Canadian Arctic. Subsequently, he co-directed the engineering and construction of IAMGOLD’s Essakane gold mine in Burkina Faso. Mr. Ménard then served as Vice President of Engineering & Construction for Andean Resources’ Cerro Negro Project in Argentina and later became the Engineering and Construction Manager for Newmont’s Merian project in Suriname. Mr. Ménard is a retired member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.

Guy Le Bel, P.Eng., MBA
Guy Le Bel boasts over 35 years of international expertise in strategic and financial mine planning. His extensive career includes key positions in business advisory, strategy and planning, business valuation, and financial planning management at BHP Billiton Base Metals, Rio Algom, and Cambior, along with various consulting mandates across the industry. He has held the roles of VP of Evaluations at Capstone Mining, VP of Business Development at Quadra/FNX Mining, CEO and CFO at Golden Queen Mining, as well as CEO at Aquila Resources. He has also served on the boards of numerous junior exploration and mining companies and currently sits on the boards of Pembridge Resources and Kintavar Exploration. Mr. Le Bel holds an MBA in Finance from École des Hautes Études Commerciales, a Master’s in Applied Sciences in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Laval University.
