Dominique Doucet, P. Eng.
President, CEO and director

Mr. Doucet has been active in the mineral exploration industry since the mid-seventies; he graduated from the École Polytechnique de Montréal as an engineer in 1982, and has been involved in various exploration projects including industrial minerals and precious and base metals and diamond for both major and junior mining companies as well as consulting groups. Since 2001 he is Vice-President and Chairman of Dios Exploration Inc. (TSX Venture).

He created William Resources in 1987, (MSE, TSE, CDNX) and led this exploration company until 1994 to create Sirios Resources.

Mr. Doucet is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. Mr. Doucet, and his team were granted the 2001 Prospector's Award by the Québec Prospectors Association.

Marie-José Girard, M.Sc., Geo.
Vice-president, secretary and director

Mrs. Girard has 25 years experience in mineral exploration and the securities business. She has been a geologist since 1977 and obtained a Master degree in geology in1982; she has been a consulting-geologist since 1993 and Vice-President of Sirios Resources Inc. since 1995. Since 2001 she is President and CEO of Dios Exploration Inc.

From 1988 to 1993, she was geologist and analyst at the Quebec Securities Commission and from 1977 to 1988 she managed many exploration projects for different exploration companies such as SOQUEM, Mina Azufrec in Ecuator, Falconbridge Copper and Louvem where she discovered the Monique gold deposit (Val-d'Or area) in 1985.

She is a member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec and currently representative of Quebec on the Canadian Securities Administrators Mining Technical Advisory and Monitoring Committee.

Harold Desbiens, M.Sc., geologist,
Vice-president Exploration

Mr. Desbiens, geologist, graduated in 1988, (MSc.) and worked at Lac Minerals (now Barrick Gold) until 1993 in gold exploration. In 1993 and 1994 he directed gold, diamond and base metals exploration projects for William Resources and in 1995 he joined SIRIOS as Chief-Geologist.

He found the Ailly kimberlite in 1993 and took part in the discovery of 4 kimberlite occcurrences on HOTISH. Most diamond mines are hosted within kimberlites.

Roger Doucet, B.Sc Director

Roger Doucet, graduated in geology in 1972. From 1989 to 2001, he acted as officer of numerous public and private exploration and drilling companies such as, Inca Drilling S.A. Peru, Ancash Mining, Dynacor Mines Inc. and Morrison Minerals Ltd. He acted as exploration manager in Abitibi, Québec for Lac Minerals Ltd. from 1975 until 1988; during that period he discovered the Bousquet 1 gold mine in and was greatly involved in the Doyon gold mine discovery. He was granted the Prospector of the Year Award in 1978 by the Québec Prospectors Association.

Luc Cloutier, businessman Director
	Luc Cloutier holds an Accounting Diploma from the Timmins Business College. Since 2001 he is Chairman of Caisse Desjardins D'Amos, where he acted as director during the previous ten years. From 1975 to 1998, he was President & CEO of Trudel & Frères, a safety products and equipment distributor company. Since 1998, he has been President of his own private management company.
